To begin, pricing is going to vary depending on the type of service you want, the number of guests, and length of service. Below are some guidelines to help you discern what you need for your event. If you want to book an event but are concerned about the total cost, please email us anyway and we will walk you through the how and why of pricing and what will best meet your needs.
*Note: We will need you to provide two long, folding banquet tables, or the same equivalent of space, as well as space near a three-prong electrical outlet or generator.
Cheaper: Less time, less guests, less travel time, Pay Bar.
More expensive: More guests, More time, more travel, Open Bar.

Standard Pricing Packages
Open Bar: Guests receive unlimited drinks, $3.50 per guest
Pay Bar: Guests pay-per-drink (tips will be accepted)
One Drink Free: Guests receive one drink free and have the option to pay cash, check, or credit (3% fee per transaction) for more drinks or refills. $2.00 per guest
Standard 1 hour service charge w/ 40 or less guests: $80
Pay Bar: Guests pay-per-drink (tips will be accepted)

Add-Ons & Extra Costs
Extra 30 min of service= $10
Each increment of 15 guests= ($20 + $10/hour of service)
If location is farther than 30 min from Malone University= $10 per 30 min increment
If non-dairy milk alternative is needed= $5
Other event specific requests may incur a $5 or more charge.
If there are 40 or less guests, two baristas will run the event. If there are more than 40 guests, another barista will be added for every increment of 15 guests to help set-up, tear-down, take drink orders, etc. This is why there is an added cost for more guests.
